Some studies have pointed out that the occurrence of ulcer disease has an immune mechanism involved, and often found in Campylobacter pylori (CP). The authors studied the changes of humoral immunity in the canker with CP. Patients and Methods: 83 cases of duodenal ulcer disease (male 47, female 36); aged 20 to 65 years. The endoscopic examination confirmed the mucosal biopsy taken from the antrum. Tissue sections were stained with Gicmsa method and silver plating method.
