本文提出用水杨基萤光酮和氯化十四烷基二甲基铵测定铀的灵敏的分光光度法。在pH2.5-6醋酸-醋酸钠介质中,铀生成紫色三元络合物。此络合物在555nm处具有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为1.27×10~5。络合物组成为U:SF:Zeph=1:2:2。铀浓度在0-1.2ppm范围内服从比尔定律。经磷酸三丁酯萃淋树脂分离后,一般金属元素不干扰铀的测定。本法已应用于测定岩石和矿物中的微量铀。
This paper presents a sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of uranium using salicylidene fluorone and tetradecyldimethylammonium chloride. Uranium generates a purple ternary complex in pH 2.5-6 acetic acid-sodium acetate media. The complex has the maximum absorption at 555 nm with a molar extinction coefficient of 1.27 × 10 ~ 5. Complex composition of U: SF: Zeph = 1: 2: 2. The uranium concentration obeys Bill’s law in the range of 0-1.2 ppm. After tributyl phosphate extraction resin separation, the general metal element does not interfere with the determination of uranium. This Law has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of uranium in rocks and minerals.
