目的掌握深圳机场口岸鼠类分布,为鼠类及鼠传疾病防控提供科学依据。方法 2008年3月—2009年2月以及2012年3月—2015年4月,采用鼠笼法定时、定点对深圳机场口岸进行鼠类监测。结果 2008—2009年共捕获鼠类49只,鼠密度为1.36%,2012—2015年度共捕获鼠类94只,鼠密度为1.22%。优势鼠种为臭鼩,发现深圳机场口岸新种黄毛鼠。鼠密度与月均气温度有明显的正相关,7月最高而1月最低。鼠肺样本均未检测到汉坦病毒。结论深圳机场口岸鼠类密度呈下降趋势,但仍需加强海港的灭鼠措施。
Objective To understand the distribution of rodents in Shenzhen airport and provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and control of rodents and mice. Methods From March 2008 to February 2009 and from March 2012 to April 2015, a squirrel-cage surveillance was conducted at the Shenzhen Airport Port using the squirrel-cage method. Results A total of 49 rodents were captured from 2008 to 2009 at a density of 1.36%. A total of 94 rodents were captured in 2012-2015, with a rat density of 1.22%. The dominant species of stinkbug smelly found a new species of rodent at Shenzhen Airport Port. Rat density and monthly mean temperature had a significant positive correlation, highest in July and lowest in January. Hantavirus was not detected in murine lung samples. Conclusions The density of rodent in Shenzhen Airport port has been declining, but measures to eliminate rats in harbor are still needed.
