一九八六年九月二十七日,国家城乡环境保护部城建局在沈阳市自来水公司主持召开了鉴定会,通过了对“非均匀填砾管井”新技术的鉴定。这项新技术是由沈阳建筑工程学院城建系董辅祥副教授和教师张亚峰同志研制的,沈阳市自来水公司、佳木斯市自来水公司及鞍钢给水厂协作开展的。采用非均匀填砾管井新技术,打井施工工艺简单,单位出水量可提高百分之三十,
On September 27, 1986, the Urban Development Bureau of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Affairs presided over an appraisal meeting at the Shenyang Water Supply Company and passed the appraisal of the new technology of “non-uniform gravel tube well”. This new technology was developed by the Associate Professor Dong Fuxiang and the teacher Zhang Yafeng of the Urban Construction Department of the Shenyang Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering. The Shenyang Water Supply Company, the Jiamusi Water Supply Company and the Angang Steel Water Supply Plant collaborated. Using the new technology of non-uniform gravel tube wells, the well construction process is simple, and the unit water output can be increased by 30%.
