目的:分析研究贵州省习水县居民糖尿病、高血压防治知识知晓率及影响因素。方法:调查贵州省习水县848例常住居民高血压及糖尿病预防和治疗知识知晓情况,分析研究居民预防和治疗知识知晓的影响因素。结果:高血压以及糖尿病健康管理知识总知晓率为37.6%;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析发现:高血压糖尿病、肥胖患者、户籍地人群的高血压以及糖尿病预防和治疗知识知晓率相对比较高。结论:人们对高血压以及糖尿病预防和治疗政策知晓状况相对较差,因此,应该增强对其宣教,不断改进健康宣教措施,提升病人健康水平及生活质量。
Objective: To analyze and study the awareness and influence factors of diabetes and hypertension prevention and control among residents in Xishui County, Guizhou Province. Methods: To investigate the knowledge of prevention and treatment of hypertension and diabetes in 848 permanent residents in Xishui County, Guizhou Province, and to analyze the influential factors of residents’ awareness of prevention and treatment. Results: The total awareness rate of hypertension and diabetes health management knowledge was 37.6%. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that there was a relatively high awareness rate of hypertension and prevention and treatment of diabetes in hypertensive diabetic patients, obese patients and permanent residents. Conclusion: People have relatively poor knowledge of hypertension and diabetes prevention and treatment policies. Therefore, they should strengthen their missionary work, improve their health education and education measures, and improve their health and quality of life.
