研究了顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)接枝改性CM(M-CM)的制备过程和硫化性能 ,并通过红外光谱对改性CM的结构进行表征.结果表明 ,哈克转矩流变仪制备M-CM的过程中有明显的反应 ,红外光谱显示CM 分子链接枝上了酸酐基团 ;与未改性CM相比 ,M-CM与硫脲类NA-22/S、三唑二巯基胺盐类FSH和复配型硫化剂TCHC的硫化速率明显提升 ,硫化程度显著增大 ,过氧化物DCP/TAIC的硫化速率略有降低 ,硫化程度明显增大 ;与未改性CM相比 ,M-CM硫化胶的力学性能都有明显提升 ,其中过氧化物DCP /TAIC和复配型硫化剂TCHC硫化的M-CM拉伸强度分别提高8 .7 MPa和9 .0MPa ,定伸应力提高12 .6 MPa和4 .2MPa.“,”The preparation process and curing performance of modified CM (M-CM ) with maleic anhydride (MAH) were studied ,and the structure of modified CM was characterized by infrared spec-trum .T he results show ed that an obvious reactive peaks w as found during the preparation of M-CM in Haake torque rheometer ,and infrared spectroscopy showed that the anhydride groups was grafted on the molecular chain of CM ;Compared with unmodified CM rubber ,the vulcanization rate of M-CM rubber cured by NA-22/S ,FSH and TCHC was raised ,the curing state increased significantly ,and the curing rate of that cured by peroxide DCP/TAIC was decreased slightly ,curing state increased significantly ;Compared with the unmodified CM ,the mechanical properties of M-CM vulcanizates had been improved significantly ,the tensile strength of M-CM cured by DCP /TAIC and TCHC increased 8 .7 M Pa and 7 .5M Pa ,and the modulus increased 12 .6M Pa and 11 .5M Pa .
