丹江口水利枢纽明年将修建第二期高围堰。围堰高度为30—40公尺;建成后将形成约20余亿公方的水库。因此,围堰设计高程的决定,取决于洪水调蓄计算,由于汉江洪水流量巨大,“动水库容”将占总库容的较大部份,故调蓄计算应当考虑到这一因素进行。这一类计算,目前尚未见到完整文献。同志们在工作中按照水量平衡原理,提出了变动回水未端的演算方法。演算中考虑到未修建围堰修建围堰前的河槽(?)量,修建围堰后的水库库容,以及导流部份的水位~泄量关系曲线,求出围堰最高水位。经将
