患者男性,45岁。因发现右胸背部肿块渐大2年入院。无疼痛、发热,无咳嗽。查体见右胸背部局限性隆起,皮肤无红热,质硬,无触痛。X线拍片示;T_5、T_6右缘大片致密影,内有散在高密度点。CT示:肿块未侵犯椎管,肝肾功能正常,AKP 91~u。考虑为脊柱良性肿瘤,在全麻下行手术切除。术中见:T_5、T_6
The patient is male, 45 years old. Due to the discovery of a lump in the right chest, the patient was admitted to the hospital for 2 years. No pain, fever, no cough. Check the body see the limitations of the right chest back uplift, no red hot skin, hard, no tenderness. X-ray film shows; T_5, T_6 large dense film on the right edge, there are scattered high density points. CT showed that the tumor did not invade the spinal canal, and the liver and kidney functions were normal. AKP 91~u. Consider benign tumor of the spine and surgical resection under general anesthesia.
