任何施工工程的承包,除应有合理的工程预算和可行的施工方案外,还必须有相应的配套施工机械和科学管理。在一定的机械装备情况下,机械的实际利用率将是工程工期、质量、单位信誉的保证。针对我国施工部门目前存在的对机械管用脱节现象,本文将就“实行群体管理,保持较高利用率”的问题谈点看法。一、施工机械的准备机械管理人员应参加施工组织的编制与审查,参与制定施工方案,查看施工现场,正确选用施工机械,做好施工前的机械检查、维修、试车,准备好充足的油料。
In addition to a reasonable project budget and a feasible construction plan, any project contracting must also have corresponding supporting construction machinery and scientific management. In the case of certain mechanical equipment, the actual utilization of the machinery will be the guarantee of project duration, quality, and unit credit. In view of the current disjointed phenomenon of mechanical use in the construction sector in China, this article will talk about the issue of “implementing group management and maintaining high utilization”. I. Preparation of Construction Machinery Mechanical management personnel should participate in the preparation and review of construction organizations, participate in the formulation of construction plans, view the construction site, correctly select construction machinery, do a good job of mechanical inspection, maintenance, and commissioning before construction, and prepare adequate oil materials.
