11月22日,全国专利运用与产业化会议在四川成都召开。国家知识产权局副局长杨铁军出席会议并作了题为《适应建设创新型国家需要,全面开拓我国专利运用与产业化工作》的重要讲话。四川省人民政府副秘书长杨国安到会致辞。各省、自治区、直辖市知识产权局,计划单列市、副省级城市知识产权局,各国家专利产业化试点基地,国内有关专家学者及企业特邀代表共170余人参加了会议。新华社、经济日报、科技日报、中国知识产权报等中央和地方媒体参加了会议并进行了报道。
November 22, the national patent application and industrialization conference held in Chengdu, Sichuan. Yang Tiejun, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech titled “Adapting to the Needs of Building an Innovative Country and Opening Up the Patents Utilization and Industrialization in an All-round Way”. Yang Guoan, deputy secretary general of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, delivered a speech. More than 170 people attended the conference from SIPO, IP Offices, cities specifically designated in the state plan, sub-provincial municipal IP offices, national patent industrialization pilot bases, relevant experts and scholars from domestic industries and specially invited representatives of enterprises. Xinhua News Agency, Economic Daily, Science and Technology Daily, China Intellectual Property News and other central and local media attended the meeting and reported.
