目的:探索适合高职护理专业的生物化学PBL教学模式。方法:将八个班的学生随机选出两个班作为试验组应用PBL教学法,两个班作为对照组应用传统讲授法。结果:PBL教学法试验组学生的期末考试分析题和总成绩高于对照组,差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。试验组在学习过程中兴趣更高,理论联系实际及分析问题、解决问题等综合能力提高的更显著。结论:PBL教学法更能提高学生的综合能力,培养学生的临床思维习惯,为以后的临床护理工作奠定了坚实的基础。
Objective: To explore the biochemical PBL teaching mode suitable for higher vocational nursing. Methods: Eight classes of students were randomly selected two classes as the experimental group using PBL teaching method, two classes as the control group using the traditional teaching method. Results: The results of the final exams and the total score of the students in the PBL teaching test group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Experimental group in the learning process more interested in the relationship between theory and analysis of problems, solve problems and other comprehensive ability to improve more pronounced. Conclusion: PBL teaching method can improve students ’comprehensive abilities, develop students’ habit of clinical thinking and lay a solid foundation for future clinical nursing.
