目的了解苏州市中小学校安全与应急管理现状并进行脆弱性分析,探讨改进方法,为进一步开展安全与应急管理工作提供理论依据。方法根据学校类型分层抽样,对苏州市各校校医或安全管理负责人员进行问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0统计软件包建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果共调查了173所学校。不同学校安全设施及制度建设方面存在差异,其中安全制度和培训工作普遍较差。46.4%的被调查者认为学校当前最主要的安全管理问题是有安全制度但执行差。结论苏州市中小学校的安全与应急管理现状有待改善,需进一步加强安全制度建设及实施等方面的工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of safety and emergency management in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou and analyze the vulnerability of the schools in order to explore ways to improve them so as to provide a theoretical basis for further carrying out safety and emergency management. Methods Stratified sampling according to the type of school, conducted a questionnaire survey on responsible persons of school doctors or safety management in Suzhou. Using SPSS13.0 statistical software package to establish a database and statistical analysis. A total of 173 schools were investigated. There are differences in the safety facilities and system construction in different schools, of which the safety system and training work are generally poor. 46.4% of the respondents think that the most important safety management problem in school is the safety system but the execution is poor. Conclusion The current situation of safety and emergency management in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou needs to be improved, and the work on construction and implementation of safety systems needs to be further strengthened.
