热处理是提高产品内在质量的有力手段,也是消耗能源较多的工序。如在一般机械制造厂,热处理车间的耗电量约占全厂耗电量的40%以上。因此,节约热处理的能源消耗在机械工业的节能工作中占有重要地位。从热处理工艺上采取节能措施,投资小,收效大,应当受到重视。例如:省掉不必要的热处理工序,利用锻造余热进行热处理;尽可能地缩短加热时间;改整体加热为局部加热等。这些方法往往是在不增加投资和设备或很少投资的条件下,只在热处理工艺上稍做调整就可收到显著效果。几年来,我们在这些方面作了一些工作,收到了一定的效果,下面作一简介。
Heat treatment is to improve the intrinsic quality of products a powerful tool, but also consume more energy processes. As in the general machinery factory, heat treatment plant’s power consumption accounts for about 40% of the plant’s power consumption. Therefore, saving energy consumption of heat treatment plays an important role in the energy saving work of the machinery industry. Energy-saving measures taken from the heat treatment process, small investment, effective, should be taken seriously. For example: save unnecessary heat treatment process, the use of forging heat treatment for heat treatment; shorten the heating time as much as possible; change the overall heating for local heating. These methods tend to receive significant results only with minor adjustments in the heat treatment process, without increasing investment and equipment or with little investment. Over the past few years, we have done some work in these areas, has received some results, following an introduction.
