在引入政府补贴因素的前提下,构造了由制造商、分销商、零售商和第三方回收商组成的四级闭环供应链模型。进而提出了WP-RE-RES的联合契约协调机制以适应实际市场的需要。得到了在WP-RS-RES联合契约下通过合理调节契约的收益和费用系数,供应链上下游成员的各自预期收益实现最大化;消费者福利相较于分散决策模式下得到了提高;同时整个供应链效率可以达到集中决策模式下的水平。最后通过数值模拟验证了WP-RS-RES联合契约协调机制的可行性。
With the introduction of government subsidies, a four-stage closed-loop supply chain model consisting of manufacturers, distributors, retailers and third-party recyclers is constructed. Then put forward WP-RE-RES joint contract coordination mechanism to meet the needs of the actual market. The income and cost coefficients of the contract under the WP-RS-RES contract are reasonably adjusted, and the respective expected benefits of the upstream and downstream members in the supply chain are maximized. The welfare of consumers is improved compared with the decentralized decision-making model. At the same time, Supply chain efficiency can reach the level of centralized decision-making mode. Finally, the feasibility of WP-RS-RES joint contract coordination mechanism is verified by numerical simulation.
