我个人的健身体会是:必须切实了解自身的具体特点、环境、生理、心理等状况,结合自己的身体素质,从众多的、广义的养生术中,撷取适合自己切身需要的,经过消化、加工,使之完全变成自身的养生之术,这样才可能真正收到实效。多年来,我编创了12条活动方法,坚持练习,感到周身轻松,心情舒畅。这已经成为我生活的一个组成部分和精神上的一种寄托,不仅对治疗自己颈椎病有效,又能控制前列腺病和肩周炎的复发。12条内容是:
