我公司是一个年产150万吨钢、140万吨材,销售额62亿元,年耗能70万吨标准煤的大型特钢企业。近年来,我们在认真总结历年节能工作基础上,结合实际,更深层次地学习邯钢先进经验,采用能源成本分析和经济杠杆手段,使能源管理有所发展,节能工作收到实效。从1991年至1996年的六年间,我公司工业产值、钢产量和材产量平均上升了5%、4%和11%,而总能耗平均上升了0.88%,万元产值能耗、综合吨钢能耗、特钢可比能耗均逐年下降,六年共节约标准煤5万余吨,创益5500余万元。我公司学邯钢主要做法是:一、切实转变观念,坚持全员参与节能。“节能,为了企业生存和发展”已在公司
