本文报道了在江滩地区采用４种不同的防治策略均能不同程度地降低滩地感染螺密度及钉螺感染率，但以“人畜化疗＋灭螺”及“人畜化疗＋健康教育＋灭螺＋个人防护”对策组效果最好。认为在江滩地区强调人畜同步化疗，坚持连续对耕牛普治是控制滩地感染性钉螺的关键。同时强调了在滩地进行药物灭螺的必要性
