CCD作为摄象器件较之真空摄象管有体积小、功耗省、无灼伤、无滞后、寿命长、动态范围大、高可靠等特点,它在军事和民用行业中作为一种崭新的技术正蓬勃发展。随着CCD工艺的不断提高,引起了国内各种用户的极大兴趣。为此,本文提供一个以用CCD为中心内容的实验报告。本实验采用电子工业部44研究所研制的CCD1024位器件,对器件结构、驱动CCD工作的时序逻辑电路的设计以及CCD输出信号的处理等方面作了较详尽的说明。并从应用CCD的角度出发,介绍了较简单的尺寸检测原理,验证了CCD作为尺寸检测的可行性。

With the continuous improvement of CCD technology, aroused great interest of all kinds of users in China. To this end, this article provides a CCD-centric experiment report. In this experiment, the CCD1024 device developed by Institute of Electronics Industry 44 was used to describe the structure of the device, the design of the timing logic circuit to drive the CCD and the processing of the CCD output signal. And from the perspective of the application of CCD, the principle of simple size detection is introduced and the feasibility of CCD as size detection is verified.
