对6例鼻咽、鼻窦的血管性肿瘤患者，应用数字减影血管造影（DSA）显示供血来源、病变范围及静脉引流等；采用聚乙烯醇或（和）明胶海绵粉末术前选择性地栓塞瘤体内血管及供血动脉。然后3d内手术切除肿瘤。术中见瘤体明显缩小，界限清晰；出血明显减少，手术经过顺利。表明DSA选择性动脉栓塞配合手术治疗该部血管性肿瘤，其效果明显优于单纯手术治疗者。
