在农业现代化发展的进程中,基层农机培训工作已成为推动农机服务产业发展的重要部分。在当前农业快速发展的新形势下,县区级农机校作为基层农机教育的主阵地,如何搞好基层农机培训工作,是摆在农机培训工作者面前的一项新课题。分析了当前基层农机培训工作中存在的问题,提出了改进基层农机培训工作的几点对策。
In the process of agricultural modernization, grassroots agricultural training has become an important part of promoting the development of agricultural service industry. Under the new situation of rapid agricultural development, how to do a good job of grassroots agricultural machinery training is a new task that agricultural mechanization schools are posing as frontiers of agricultural machinery training workers. The problems existing in the training of agricultural machinery at the grassroots level were analyzed and some countermeasures to improve the training of grassroots agricultural machinery were put forward.
