针对某钢厂Φ650 mm电极锭原浇注方案内部质量较差的问题,对电极锭浇注方案进行优化,利用有限元计算软件Procast对相应浇注方案下钢锭的内部质量进行了预测,最后得出了优化的浇注方案,即提高锭身浇注速度、降低冒口浇注速度。
In view of the poor internal quality of Φ650 mm electrode ingot casting program in a steel mill, the pouring scheme of the electrode ingot is optimized. The internal quality of the ingot under the corresponding casting scheme is predicted by using the finite element software Procast. Finally, the optimization Of the pouring program, that is, to increase the speed of the ingot pouring, reduce riser pouring speed.
