从随遇平衡、电磁力平衡和扭矩对偶平衡原理出发,介绍了由中船重工集团公司第七〇四研究所研制的国际上第一台对1mN.m~10N.m扭矩传感器进行校准的微小扭矩标准装置。着重点明这台国际先进的微小扭矩标准的技术关键,其中几项具有发明专利。并就此装置的测量不确定度进行了评估。从几个具体环节说明了该装置在填补国内空白的基础上,还达到了国际领先的水平。
Based on the principle of balance between incidental incident, balance of electromagnetic force and dual counterbalance principle of torque, this paper introduced the first one in the world to calibrate a 1mN.m ~ 10N.m torque sensor by 704 Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Torque standard device. Focusing on the key technical points of this internationally advanced miniature torque standard, several of which are invention patents. The measurement uncertainty of this device was evaluated. From several specific aspects shows that the device to fill the gap in the country on the basis of also reached the international advanced level.
