高职教育的培养目标决定了其专业老师必须具备“双师”素质,而赴企业顶岗实践是培养教师“双师”素质的重要途径。而且,旅游管理和酒店管理专业都是实践性非常强的专业,更加要求旅游专业老师具备非常强的实践教学能力。但是,由于各种困难和政策不到位,目前高职专业老师赴企业顶岗实践提升自身双师素质的积极性并不是很高。本文从高职旅游专业老师赴企业顶岗实践经历出发,基于高职院校老师赴企业顶岗实践遇到的各种困境提出了针对性的激励措施,以便高职院校旅游专业老师双师素质得到更好的提升。
