以岭澳二期核电站汽机平台基座弹簧隔振器为例,介绍隔振器释放的过程控制。组成建筑物弹性支承系统的弹簧隔振器和黏滞阻尼隔振器在工厂根据设计要求预紧好后运至现场安装,而后待隔振基础上所有设备安装完成后采用专用液压千斤顶系统进行释放,通过释放过程中针对性调整,达到预定的弹性状态。释放调整是确保该支撑系统发挥作用的关键。
Taking the spring vibration isolator of base of turbine of Ling’ao Phase II nuclear power plant as an example, the process control of the release of vibration isolator is introduced. The spring vibration isolator and viscous damping vibration isolator that make up the building elastic support system are preloaded in the factory according to the design requirements and then transported to the site for installation. After all the equipment on the basis of vibration isolation is installed, the system is released by the special hydraulic jack system , Through the release process of targeted adjustment, to achieve the predetermined flexibility. Release adjustment is the key to ensuring that the support system is working.
