在小学新课程实验中,很多教师对于如何安排教学环节,把自己置于怎样的位置,困惑不已。本人在教学实践,有如下体会:其一,从教学理论层面讲,课程进行了大幅度改革,教法当然要随之进行改革。但就课堂教学理念来说,应该秉承传统的基础上进行创新,对于传统教学中良好的教学方法不但不能否认,而且要继承和发展。其二,从教学实践层面讲,教师在科学合理地确定教学目标的前提下,把握好课堂教学的四个步骤,就可以减少课堂教学中的困惑。四个步骤具体内容如下:一、导入——激发兴趣,引起思索“万事开头难。”“良好的开端是成功的一半。”都在强调开始的重要性,我们的课堂教学也应该是这一事物发展的客观规律。那么,如何开好头呢?很多教师在备课过程中,很注重导语这个环节,
