双师型教师也称为“双证”教师或“双职称”教师,即要求教师在取得教师资格证的同时,还应当获取相应专业的技术职务资格。对于法学专业双师型教师而言,一方面要求教师具有教师资格证,另一方面要求法学教师应当具有从事法律实务的资格证,诸如律师资格证、企业法律顾问执业资格证等。加强独立学院法学专业双师型教师队伍的建设,有利于提高学生解决实际纠纷的能力,有利于独立学院法学专业学生培养目标的践行。独立学院法学专业双师型教师的构建,不仅需要从源头上转变教学理念,更需要全方位为教师提供法律实务的实践创造条件。
Dual-qualified teachers are also called “double certificates” or “double titles” teachers, which require teachers to obtain the teacher’s qualification certificate, but also should obtain the corresponding professional qualifications of technical positions. For the law dual-type teacher, on the one hand requires teachers to have a teacher qualification certificate, on the other hand requires that law teachers should have the legal practice of the qualification certificates, such as lawyers certification, corporate legal consultant practicing certificates. To strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers in law major of independent colleges is conducive to enhancing students’ abilities to solve practical disputes and is conducive to the practice of students majoring in law in independent colleges. The establishment of dual-qualification teachers in law schools in independent colleges not only needs to change the teaching philosophy from the source, but also creates the conditions for all-round practice of providing teachers with legal practice.
