三中全会以来,由于采取了各种有力的措施,我国轻重工业关系已经发生了明显的变化。轻工业在工业总产值中的比重已经超过了重工业。轻重工业之间不协调的现象已有所扭转。从市场看,轻纺产品不论在数量上,还是在花色品种上都有了显著的增长。某些消费品供应不足的现象已有所改善,市场日趋繁荣。但是,从各地区在调整中反映出的某些情况来看,也还有些值得探讨的问题。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, due to all kinds of vigorous measures taken, the relations between light and heavy industries in our country have undergone significant changes. The share of light industry in industrial output has exceeded that of heavy industry. Disharmony between light and heavy industries has been reversed. From the market, textile products in terms of quantity, or in the variety of colors have made significant growth. The phenomenon of under-supply of some consumer goods has improved and the market is booming. However, judging from the various situations reflected by the various regions in the adjustment, there are still some problems worth exploring.
