电信业作为向用户提供无形产品和服务的通信服务业,其营销模式和手段有着自身的特点与模式选择。从传统的以4P营销理念到近年来所倡导的体验营销、精确营销等新兴的营销思想,多年来中国电信一直在努力探索和改进其服务与营销模式,取得了一些宝贵经验。在营销方式上,目前中国电信集团内部正全力开展网格化营销体系的探索和建立。
As a communication service that provides users with intangible products and services, the telecom industry has its own characteristics and mode selection for marketing modes and means. From the traditional 4P marketing concept to the emerging marketing ideas such as experiential marketing and precise marketing advocated in recent years, China Telecom has been trying its best to explore and improve its service and marketing model over the years and has gained some valuable experience.
