工联会的成立既为园区企业员工的利益提供了有力的保障,也为当下企业的持续、稳定、健康发展奠定良好的基础。工会既要成为园区企业职工权益的守卫者,也要成为与企业沟通的桥梁,要平衡好两者之间的关系;工会工作必须围绕企业员工提供各种创新服务,才是工联会能否站住脚的关键;以工联会带动其它工作和谐开展,为园区企业服务。
