人事档案工作,是医院组织人事部门工作不可缺少的一个重要组成部分,是做好人才管理工作的基本前提。加强干部人事档案规范化管理,充分发挥人事档案在实际工作的作用,是人才管理的一项重要任务。人事档案工作做得好不好,直接影响到人才管理工作的效率和质量,同时也是衡量一个地区、一个部门、一个单位人才管理工作水平的标志之一。我院人事档案工作,经过完善基础设施,全面、系统整理,健全各项档案管理制度,强化管理和利用,使医院人事档案的管理逐步走向规范化、制度化、科学化的轨道,取得了显著的成绩,于2005年9月被中共中央组织部授
