文章阐述了军用雷达关键材料项目管理实践的背景和特点,针对企业项目管理实际情况,引入产学研协同创新理念,运用新科学、新理念、新思维、新方法、新手段改变管理方式和流程,创造一种新的更加合理、有效的资源配置与整合范式,提出了基于产学研协同创新的军用雷达关键材料项目管理方法,在提升科研项目管理水平的同时实现管理效益最大化。
This paper describes the background and characteristics of the project management practice of military radar critical materials. In view of the actual situation of enterprise project management, it introduces the concept of collaborative innovation of production, learning and research, changes the management methods and processes by new science, new ideas, new thinking, new methods and new means, A new and more rational and effective paradigm of resource allocation and integration is proposed, and a project management method of key materials for military radar based on collaborative innovation of production, learning and research is proposed to maximize the management efficiency while enhancing the management level of scientific research projects.
