目的:探讨筋膜扩张器结合尿道内切开术治疗男性尿道狭窄,并观察其疗效。方法:回顾性分析11例男性尿道狭窄病例的资料,均采用筋膜扩张器结合尿道内切开术治疗。结果:11例患者术后排尿明显改善。其中10例1 a停止尿道扩张,1例多段狭窄者症状改善,但仍需间隔1~2个月扩张一次以维持排尿通畅。结论:筋膜扩张器结合尿道内切开术具有操作简单、效果好、并发症少的优点,对于简单尿道狭窄和一般性多段尿道狭窄疗效确切。
Objective: To explore fascia dilator combined with urethral incision in the treatment of male urethral stricture, and observe its curative effect. Methods: The data of 11 cases of male urethral stricture were retrospectively analyzed, all of them were treated by fascial dilator combined with urethrotomy. Results: Postoperative urination was significantly improved in 11 patients. Among them, 10 cases stopped urethral dilatation in 1 year, and one case had improvement of multi-segment stenosis. However, they still needed to be dilated one to two months to maintain urination. Conclusion: The fascia dilator combined with intraurethral incision has the advantages of simple operation, good effect and few complications, and is effective in treating simple urethral stricture and general multi-segment urethral stricture.
