本文在电镜下观察了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)侵染烟叶后,病毒粒体在细胞内的存在部位及病变细胞的超微结构。从粒体的侵染部位分析病毒粒体的入胞及其子代粒体的扩散是以整体形式向胞壁靠拢、附着。随之胞壁凹陷将病毒包夹入细胞内,也有少许病毒粒体是通过胞间连丝进入易感细胞。同时还发现似有病毒直接穿进胞壁入胞的现象。伴随着病毒的侵染,叶片细胞发生诸如片层松散、空泡化、结构肿胀甚至瓦解。此外,还出现了胞核不正常、染色质块呈网络状等超微结构的变化。
In this paper, under the electron microscope, the presence of virosomes in the cells and the ultrastructure of diseased cells were observed after Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) infection. At the same time also found that there is a virus into the cells directly into the cell wall phenomenon. Accompanied by virus infection, leaf cells such as lamellar loose, vacuolar, structural swelling and even collapse. In addition, there are also abnormal nuclei, chromatin mass was network-like ultrastructure changes.
