老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)是一个较古老的草种。苏联1927年开始栽培,目前已成为三个州人工草地的主要牧草之一。近年前青海畜牧研究所选育出了多叶老芒麦,内蒙古草原研究所进行了7个品种的对比实验,有的地区建立了大田人工割草地等。在新疆巴音布鲁克引种的多叶老芒麦、老芒麦和肥披碱草等牧草适应性差,因此我们进行了野生老芒麦的驯化和选育工作。
Elymus sibiricus is an older grass species. The Soviet Union started cultivation in 1927 and has now become one of the main forages in artificial grasslands in three states. In recent years, the Qinghai Institute of Animal Husbandry has bred a multi-leaf old Siberian wheat, Inner Mongolia Grassland Institute carried out comparative experiments of seven varieties, and some areas to establish artificial grassland and other fields. Introduced in Bayinbuluk, Xinjiang, the multi-leaf old Siberged, Siberian oyster and fat Elymus grass and other grass adaptability is poor, so we carried out the wild Sium wouldd domestication and breeding.
