近几年吸毒人员吞食异物的病人逐渐增多,其临床表现、治疗、转归与普通群体不同。为了提高对这类病人的诊治水平,我们对我院1999年12月到2002年12月收治的49例此类病人进行回顾性分析。临床资料 49例中,男41例,女8例。年龄16～47岁,平均32.5岁。吞食异物到就诊时间7天到18个月,多在3个月左右。异物种类:一次性筷子2例,自制特殊“复合体”47例。“复合体”的内层是鞋底钢板和铁丝,外包裹锡泊纸和胶带数层。筷子的长度分别为16cm、18cm;
In recent years, drug addicts swallowed foreign body patients gradually increased, its clinical manifestations, treatment, prognosis and the general population is different.
