本文报告1985年来大学生肺结核100例管理情况。在管理上我们采用“不休学的半监化疗”。菌阳病例强化期住院两月后,转入校医院结核病房,边学习、边治疗。痰菌阴转出院,转门诊治疗。菌阴病例如中毒症状明显、病灶范围大者亦均住校医院强化治疗两个月后,转门诊。1985年来,在校学生中基本无因肺结核而休学者,且临床治愈率高。讨论①化疗方案选择:大学生年纪轻,自觉症状
This article reports on the management of 100 college students with tuberculosis in 1985. In management we use the “half-hearted treatment”. Mycoplasma cases intensive two months after admission, transferred to the hospital tuberculosis room, while learning, while treatment. Negative sputum discharged from hospital, turn outpatient treatment. Bacteriosis, such as symptoms of poisoning significantly, the larger the scope of the disease were also hospital intensive treatment two months after the turn clinic. Since 1985, there are basically no school-based students who have taken medicine because of tuberculosis and have a high clinical cure rate.
