罐韭黄是用瓦罐覆盖生产的韭黄。这种软化栽培技术一年四季都可进行,一般4～9月可用瓦罐直接覆盖栽培,10月以后至翌年3月瓦罐覆盖后再围上热马粪亦可生产韭黄。
