本文报道用分光光度法在292nm及570nm波长处分别测定板兰根冲剂中活性成分靛玉红及总氨基酸的含量。回收率实验表明该法灵敏、准确,可作为工业生产质量控制的指标之一。
In this paper, the contents of indirubin and total amino acids in the Banlangen granules were determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelengths of 292 nm and 570 nm, respectively. Recovery experiments show that this method is sensitive and accurate and can be used as one of the indicators of industrial production quality control.
