对属于眼外引流术适应症的闭角型青光眼２２例３０眼，其中急性闭角型青光眼慢性期１５例１９眼，慢性闭角型青光眼７例１１眼，行Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光周边虹膜切除联合氩激光房角成形术。治前眼压：３０．３３±２．５０ｍｍＨｇ，Ｃ值：０．１３±０．０１，治后经８—１６个月随访，眼压：１８．５０±３．５１ｍｍＨｇ，Ｃ值：０．２０±０．０２，统计学比较有显著意义，治前、后视力、视野对比无显著意义。作者认为该技术安全有效，为闭角型青光眼的治疗提供了一条新途径。
22 cases of angle closure glaucoma, 30 eyes were included in this study. Among them, 15 cases were acutely closed angle glaucoma, 19 eyes were chronic, and 7 eyes were chronic angle closure glaucoma, 11 eyes were treated with Nd: YAG laser peripheral iridotomy Argon laser angle angioplasty. Intraocular pressure before treatment: 30.33 ± 2.50mmHg, C value: 0.13 ± 0.01, followed by 8-16 months after treatment, intraocular pressure: 18.50 ± 3.51mmHg, C value: 20 ± 0.02, statistically significant, before treatment, visual acuity, visual field comparison no significant significance. The authors believe that the technology is safe and effective, providing a new way for the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.
