在卫生防疫站年度经济管理工作中,为了使年度经济计划能达到预期指标,运用收入系数和分配系数两项指标不但能科学的制定本站年度经济收入计划,而且对提高全站各科室完成经济指标也起到了积极的促进作用。1 系数管理的计算方法 (1)系数分为收入系数和分配系数。收入系数包括科室总收入系数及净收入系数,分配系数为科室完成全年总收入计划后的奖金及超劳分配的系数。
