运用软件Pro CAST软件对主体材料为铸钢且裂解材料为铸铁的双金属连杆熔模铸造过程进行了优化模拟。结果表明,当浇注方式采用顶注式时在浇口杯、连杆主体、冒口处易产生缩松、缩孔缺陷,影响产品质量;改进铸造方案,浇注方式采用侧注式,缩松、缩孔缺陷仅在直浇道处产生。在实际生产中通过切割直浇道来去除缺陷部分而得到理想的双金属连杆。
The Pro CAST software was used to optimize the bimetallic rod investment casting process with the main material of cast steel and the cracked material of cast iron. The results show that when the pouring method adopts the top-pouring method, it is easy to produce shrinkage and shrinkage defects in the sprue cup, the connecting rod body and the riser, which affects the product quality.
