赵仁恺,1923年2月出生,两院院士,核反应堆工程专家。1946年获国立中央大学机械工程学士学位。曾任中国核工业总公司中国核动力研究设计院副院长兼总工程师,国家核安全局专家委员会副主席,国家863计划能源领域第二届专家委员会首席科学家。作为技术负责人之一,参加和主持完成中国第一座军用钚生产反应堆的研究设计和试验;作为技术负责人之一,参加和主持中国潜艇和动力堆的研究设计和试验运行。1991年当选为中国科学院院士,1994年当选为中国工程院院士。不久前,本刊记者就核潜艇和反应堆的有关问题采访了赵仁恺先生。
Zhao Renkai, born in February 1923, academicians of the two academies and experts in nuclear reactor engineering. 1946 Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, National Central University. Former vice president and chief engineer of China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute of China National Nuclear Corporation, vice chairman of the NNSA Committee of Experts, and chief scientist of the second expert committee of the State 863 Program for Energy. As one of the technical leaders, he participated in and presided over the research design and test of China’s first military plutonium production reactor; as one of the technical leaders, he participated in and presided over the research design and test operation of China’s submarines and power reactors. Elected as Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991, 1994 was elected to the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Not long ago, our correspondents interviewed Mr. Zhao Renkai on issues related to nuclear submarines and reactors.
