目的观察特殊护理干预对耳内窥镜下鼓膜穿刺的护理效果。方法选择医院2013年1月-2015年12月接受治疗的鼓膜穿刺患者120例,根据不同的护理方案分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组患者采用特殊的护理干预,对照组患者采用临床常规的护理干预,对比2组患者的临床护理满意度。结果试验组的临床护理满意度为91.67%明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊护理干预对耳内窥镜下鼓膜穿刺的护理效果较为显著,值得临床长期推广应用。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of special nursing intervention on tympanostomy under endoscope. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of tympanic membrane puncture admitted from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans: 60 cases in trial group and 60 cases in control group. Special nursing intervention was used in trial group and control group Clinical routine nursing interventions compared the clinical care satisfaction of two groups of patients. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Special nursing intervention on the tympanostomy under ear endoscopy more significant effect of nursing, worthy of long-term clinical application.
