目的:研究灯盏乙素淀粉微球经动物离体鼻黏膜的渗透性。方法:采用立式扩散池,分别以新鲜的离体犬、小型猪、家猪鼻黏膜为渗透屏障,灯盏乙素淀粉微球(以灯盏乙素计0.25 mg)置于鼻黏膜上方,以空白pH 6.8 PBS为接收液,进行渗透试验(n=4),HPLC测定灯盏乙素。结果:灯盏乙素淀粉微球经离体犬、小型猪、家猪鼻黏膜渗透系数分别为(5.295±0.637)×10-2,(4.065±1.140)×10-2,(1.855±0.150)×10-2m.L-1;灯盏乙素淀粉微球不同动物离体鼻黏膜渗透系数大小顺序为犬>小型猪>家猪;灯盏乙素淀粉微球经犬与家猪离体鼻黏膜的渗透系数、经小型猪与家猪离体鼻黏膜的渗透系数之间存在显著性差异。结论:灯盏乙素淀粉微球中药物可经上述离体鼻黏膜渗透;渗透系数可能存在种属之间的差异。
Objective: To investigate the permeability of Scutellarin starch microspheres in isolated nasal mucosa of animals. Methods: The nasal mucosa of fresh canine, miniature pig and domestic pig were used as the osmotic barrier. The scutellarin microspheres (0.25 mg for scutellarin) were placed on the nasal mucosa. 6.8 PBS as the receiving solution, the penetration test (n = 4), HPLC determination of scutellarin. Conclusion: Scutellarin starch microspheres in the nasal mucosa can penetrate the drug; permeability coefficient may exist between species differences.
