目的考察不同提取方式和不同因素水平对黄芪多糖提取率的影响。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法,以多糖含量为指标,考察提取方式、料液比、提取时间、醇沉浓度对黄芪多糖提取率的影响。结果黄芪多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声提取70min,料液比1:20,70%乙醇沉淀。结论不同提取方式和不同因素水平对黄芪多糖提取效果有显著影响,本研究为黄芪多糖提取工艺的进一步优化和药材质量评价提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the effects of different extraction methods and different factors on the extraction rate of Astragalus polysaccharides. Methods The phenol - sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharide content as an index to investigate the effects of extraction methods, solid - liquid ratio, extraction time and alcohol concentration on the extraction rate of. Results Astragalus polysaccharides best extraction process: ultrasonic extraction 70min, the ratio of 1: 20, 70% ethanol precipitation. Conclusion Different extraction methods and levels of different factors have a significant effect on the extraction of APS. This study provides experimental evidence for the further optimization of APS extraction process and the quality evaluation of medicinal materials.
