本文用接种周期加权法和疫苗效力估算图监测口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(OPV)的免疫覆盖率,客观地评价了影响较大、涉及面较广、又十分敏感的免疫覆盖率高、发病率也高的所谓“双高”现象。指出人群免疫覆盖率确实没有达到“足金”、“千足金”程度,而是人群免疫覆盖率低,发病率高。
In this paper, immunization coverage of oral attenuated live oral vaccine (OPV) was monitored by using the vaccination cycle weighted method and the vaccine efficacy estimation map to objectively evaluate the effect of immunization coverage on a wide range of coverage and sensitivity. The so-called “double high” phenomenon is also high in incidence. Pointed out that the population immunization coverage did not reach the “full gold”, “thousands of gold” level, but the population immunization coverage is low, the incidence rate is high.
