近年来,在搞好教学的同时,我自制了266件教具,设计了易取材、易操作、联系日常生活现象的辅助实验160多个。我自制的教具中,有13件被评为德州地区优秀自制教具;有19篇关于实验教学方面的论文得到有关部门的肯定或被评为优秀论文;有14篇文章在地、省级报刊上发表。工作中的这一点成绩,得到了社会的认可和鼓励,曾被评为山东省优秀教师并被破格晋升为中学高级教师。
In recent years, while doing a good job in teaching, I made 266 self-made teaching aids and designed more than 160 auxiliary experiments that are easily accessible, easy to operate, and in line with daily life. Among the self-made teaching aids, 13 were rated as excellent self-made teaching aids in Texas. Nineteen papers on experimental teaching were affirmed by the relevant departments or were rated excellent papers. There were 14 articles on the provincial and provincial newspapers Posted. This work in the achievements, has been recognized and encouraged by the community, has been rated as outstanding teachers in Shandong Province and was promoted to a senior high school teacher.
