目的观察中西医结合治疗青春期功能性子宫出血70例临床疗效。方法70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用四物合剂配合雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗;对照组采用单纯雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,观察两组疗效和基础体温(BBT)改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.43%,对照组总有效率为74.29%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后BBT双相达到26例(74.29%),远高于对照组19例(54.29%),两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗青春期功能性子宫出血具有良好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of 70 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Seventy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Siwu mixture and estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. The control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy. The curative effect and basal body temperature (BBT) Improve the situation. Results The total effective rate was 91.43% in the treatment group and 74.29% in the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). BBT biphasic group reached to 26.2% (74.29%) in the treatment group, much higher than The control group, 19 cases (54.29%), the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a good therapeutic effect.
