介绍处于弯曲作用下,采用不同等级混凝土填充的圆形钢管的强度变形性能。分析钢管厚度、混凝土横截面面积、填充混凝土的强度和混凝土对钢管混凝土弯矩曲率关系的约束等效应。将测出的弯曲强度与采用EC4-1994和LRFD-AISC-1999规范预测的数值进行对比。对长度为1m的99个构件进行试验,填充混凝土强度范围为20,30,40MPa,钢管径厚比为22.3~50.8。基于试验结果,提出一个用于预测钢管混凝土弯矩曲率关系的交互式模型。
This paper introduces the strength and deformation behavior of circular steel tubes filled with concrete of different grades under bending. The effects of steel tube thickness, concrete cross-sectional area, strength of filled concrete and the restraint effect of concrete on bending moment of concrete filled steel tube are analyzed. The measured flexural strength is compared to the values predicted using the EC4-1994 and LRFD-AISC-1999 specifications. Ninety-nine members with a length of 1 m were tested. The concrete strength range of filled concrete was 20,30,40 MPa and the diameter-to-thickness ratio of steel pipe was 22.3-50.8. Based on the experimental results, an interactive model is proposed for predicting the moment curvature of concrete filled steel tubular.
