一、企业集团化财务管理发展中存在的问题(一)治理结构欠规范,缺乏有效的管控体系去实现集团战略集团公司组织机构庞大,治理结构欠规范,有的集团在治理中过度分权,使得集团内各企业各自为王,互相争夺资源,追求各自的局部利益,损害集团的整体利益。有的集团在治理中过度集权,管理模式僵化,各成员企业的自主性和积极性受挫,不能形成协同效应和规模效应,集团盈利能力底下。
I. Problems in the Development of Enterprise Group Financial Management 1. The governance structure is not standardized and there is no effective management and control system to realize the huge organizational structure of the Group Strategic Group Company and the underdeveloped governance structure. Some groups over-decentralize their powers of governance, All enterprises in the group are their own king, compete for resources with each other, pursue their own local interests and undermine the overall interests of the group. Some groups overregulate their power in governance, and the management model is rigid. The autonomy and enthusiasm of member companies are weakened. Synergy and economies of scale can not be formed and the profitability of the group is under control.
